Quick turnaround time and a very high quality of work. They make everything easy, from the estimate to dealing with the insurance companies, they also have clean loaner cars if you need them. Everyone is friendly and professional.

The team went above and beyond to help me fix my car after I was in an accident. They also worked with my schedule to make it as easy for me as possible. Now, my car is back to looking brand new! Will definitely go back if I ever need body work done again.

In three different parking lots, three different people hit my car in three different places. Two insurance companies, several body shops and a bunch of estimates later, I almost made a huge mistake and let someone else do the work. I was concerned primarily about the cost, then the length of time they needed my car and then the quality of their work. After doing all of the work, giving me some excellent advice and working creatively with my Ins Co, the cost was well below any of the other shops. The other places needed a minimum of two weeks but couldn't schedule the work for weeks. Doug's took 10 days and GAVE me a loaner car for that time. As for quality? The pics tell the story. Letting anyone else do this work would have been a giant mistake. They have earned my gratitude, my trust and 100% loyalty should the need arise again. I don't think my work was handled in any special way. Based on what I saw and heard there, I think it is just the way they do business.

Great service

Went in for a relatively minor repair. Staff were super friendly, polite, responsive, timely, did exactly what was needed without ginning it up, and followed through with what they said they would do, for a very fair price. Hope I don't need them again, but they earned my repeat business if I do.

So it's been a little over a month after I had one of my cars repaired here after an accident, and I'm happy to say that I have absolutely zero complaints.

Right after the car accident there was a lot of pressure to find the right body shop. The insurance company was recommending a few places but their reviews were terrible. So after spending some time researching and personally visiting a few shops I was confident that Doug and his team would meet my expectations.

I had my car repaired and returned back to its original state, they even took care of all the insurance stuff. My overall experience was very satisfactory and I definitely recommend Doug's body shop to all.

I hope I never need to visit an auto body shop again, but if I do, it will be Doug's.

I had a side mirror broken glass on Honda Odyssey. I checked out Doug's collision center , Steven helped me and completely took care of the problem. Other body shops so far had told me to replace the entire assembly of the mirror and not just the glass. Steven recommended to just change the glass and clean and glue some minor damaged portion of the mirror trim. I wanted to get the repair done the same day, they didn't have the glass on stock and I would have had to wait one more day. He was very accommodating and I got the part from a Honda showroom. He charged me very reasonable labor charges to install and glue the other damaged parts. He took about 20-25 mins. I couldn't believe once he was done as the side mirror looked really good after the repair. The thing I liked about him in particular is he wasn't pushy and discussed all possible options and looked out for my interest. Will highly recommend this place to everyone.

Doug's Auto is the best. I have had to go there numerous times due to my teenager having a few minor (and major) accidents. Doug's worked with me through the whole process, on most occasions I paid outright so not to involve insurance and he was very fair with me and worked within my budget. The work they do is outstanding. I would highly recommend Doug's Auto.

This may be the first 5 star review I've ever given. They did the work quickly, and did an excellent job. The car looks and drives great! Their price was very fair, and their customer service was superb! If I ever again need collision repair this is the place I'm going. I strongly recommend their work.

Got rear-ended and chose Doug's for repairs. Glad I did - quick and efficient estimate process followed by a speedy repair job! Looks great - even offered the courtesy to let me redeem my car on Saturday despite the business being closed. Great people to work with!

I ended up scratching my bumper on a pole when i was parking. It ended up loosening my left bumper (which was already a little loose from another past small incident). The bumper looked like it would get completely detached off you pulled it. I was so distraught and frustrated and wanted to get quotes from every place i could to get it fixed. Doug was kind enough to look at my bumper and temporarily patch it for the time being. The actual bumper attachments are broken so I will probably need to get a new bumper anyway, but Dougs amazing service and kind heart made me feel so much relief when he was able to put the bumper back on. He did all this for free and did not pressure me to hurry up and get a new one. He just told me that this patch might end up lasting a while and that if i ever need it serviced, i could come in. He gave me fair quote. I am amazed at how hospitable and great this place is!!! Thank you doug!
